DNAY800.1100AB凹版全自動(dòng)電腦套色彩印機(jī)(五電機(jī))
1.用途：本機(jī)適用于BOPP、PET、CPP、PVCD及相同性質(zhì)的組合膜、紙等。本機(jī)印刷速度100-120米/分，機(jī)械速度130米/分。
2.主傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)：主傳動(dòng)采用是深圳匯川矢量變頻器控制矢量電機(jī)，傳動(dòng)每組印版。特點(diǎn)：節(jié)省用電。
3.無(wú)軸裝版機(jī)構(gòu)：裝版采用氣缸，拉動(dòng)芯軸進(jìn)行裝版，橫向調(diào)節(jié)采用螺桿移動(dòng)。特點(diǎn)：減少換版時(shí)間，確保同心度，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
4.油墨刮刀機(jī)構(gòu)：刮刀可任意調(diào)節(jié)上下和角度，刮刀壓力采用雙氣缸，橫向移動(dòng)采用同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)凸輪移動(dòng)。特點(diǎn)：延長(zhǎng)版的壽命。
5.壓印升降機(jī)構(gòu)：壓印采用雙氣缸升壓與凸輪自鎖定位，對(duì)氣缸漏氣和停機(jī)氣缸下掉的保護(hù)。特點(diǎn)：保證壓力平均，確保色差。
6.套色機(jī)械手：采用電腦控制同步電機(jī)通過(guò)減速傳動(dòng)滾珠絲桿調(diào)節(jié)，進(jìn)行自動(dòng)套色。特點(diǎn)：轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑，套色精度高。
7.收、放料機(jī)構(gòu)：采用雙工位收、放料架，自動(dòng)換卷和自動(dòng)接料，放料張力及收、放料牽引張力采用變頻矢量控制線速度，收料采用力矩電機(jī)控制。特點(diǎn)：加速套色穩(wěn)定，橫向不跑版，針對(duì)大批量印刷可節(jié)省材料、油墨、溶劑和能源，接料速度120米/分鐘時(shí)，接料zui大浪費(fèi)30米左右，比三電機(jī)節(jié)省20米左右，油墨、溶劑和能源節(jié)約15％左右，大降低主品成本。
8.干燥、冷卻機(jī)構(gòu)：烘箱采用離心風(fēng)機(jī)吹吸，電熱管分布在每組烘箱的吹風(fēng)口進(jìn)行加熱，溫度由智能溫控儀控制，冷卻每組烘箱上，出口裝一只離心風(fēng)機(jī)冷卻，回頭輥用水冷式，確保薄膜降溫。特點(diǎn)：節(jié)省用電。

DNAY800.1100AB Model High-speed Computerized Register Rotogravure Printing Machine
1.Usage:It is suitable for BOPP,PET,CPP,PVCD and combined film and paper with the same properties. Its printing speed is 120m/min,while the mechanical speed is 130m/min.
2.Main transmission device:The main transmission device adopts electrician converter of Shenzhen Huichuan to control the vector electric machine ,transferring each group of printing blocks.It has the performance of electric saving.
3.Block installing Device without Axis:The installation of blocks adop ts air cylinder to pull the core of axis to install the blocks. The horizontal adjustment adopts the movement of screw. Performance:reduce time to replace the blocks.assure the boards to be concentric ,improve the quality of product.
4.Structure of ink scraper:The ink scrapers can be adjusted up and down as well as its positions. THe pressure of scraper adopts dual air pressure style .The horiizontal movement adopts both the ratation of the electric machine and movement of cam.Performance:lengthen the service of the blocks.
5.Impression Lift Structure:The impression adopts dual air cylinder to impress through lifting to position the cam,which is aprotector for the air leakage of the cylinder when the machine stops working .Performance:Assure the average of pressure and chromatic aberration.
6.Chromatic Mechanical Handles:They adopt computer to control,synchronic electric machine to transfer the ball thread bar to adjust the chromatography through reducing the speed to register color automatically. Performance:Rotate with lubrication and high precision in chromatography.
7.Material-Collecting and Feeding Device:The material collecting and feeding stand adopts dual scaffold.It can replace coil and collect materials automatically.The extension of material-feeding and traction of matcrial-collecting and feeding adopt inverter vector to control the line speed .The extension of material-collecting adopts being controlled by moment electric machin. Performance:accelerate thestailization of chromatography, position the block in horizontal direction ,save materials 、ink、impregnant and energy for large quantities of producing. And while the speed of material collecting is 120m/min ,the most waste of material collecting is about 30 metres, it can save about 20 metres comparing with Three Electric Machines ,it can save about 15% ink, impregnant and energy resources, and lower the cost of the product largely.
8.Drying and cooling device:The oven adopts centrifugal blower to blow and make suction. The electric tubes are installed averagely in each group of ovens at their blowing mouth to heat .The temperature is controlled by inligent thermo-controller.At the mouth is is installed a centrifugal blower to cool each group of overs to cool .While the returning roller adopts water-cooling device to control to assure the cooling of film. Performances Save electric.
